Our Molds
Precision-machined for every build style
S27 Medium Concave
Balanced 27° kick, medium concave depth. The all-round profile that works for every rider and every build style.
Q27 Shallow High Kick
Dual-clasp precision, 27° high kick, shallow concave. Pop-first geometry for riders who want lift over lock.
D27 Deep Concave
27° symmetric kick, deep concave dish. Maximum edge feel and flick leverage for technical street riders.
BH25 Pro — Steel
Full steel construction. 500+ presses, ±0.1mm tolerance. For makers who press volume and can't afford drift.
BH25 Medium Concave
Asymmetric 25°/23.5° kick, laser-cut precision, 3.3mm footwell drop — the builder's everyday workhorse.
BD26 Deep High Kick
26° symmetric kick, deep concave, laser-cut precision, bolt closure. No compromises for the advanced builder.
B27 High Kick Shallow
27°/25° asymmetric kick, shallow concave. Maximum pop, open feel — the transition rider's preferred press.
How It Works
Choose Your Profile
Select from 6 precision-machined concave profiles — from the radical BH25 High Concave to the forgiving W27 Shallow. Every profile ships with a spec sheet so you know exactly what you’re pressing.
Heat Your Veneer
Soak or steam your wood veneer until it’s pliable. Most fingerboard makers use 1–3mm maple. The metal mold distributes heat evenly, giving you consistent results every single press.
Press & Clamp
Lay veneer on the mold, align, and apply pressure with your press or clamps. The 45# steel mold holds shape under load — no flex, no variance. Let it set for 30–60 minutes.
Release & Shape
Pop the deck from the mold — it holds concave within ±0.1mm of spec. Trim, sand, and apply your graphic. Every board from this press will be identical to the last, and the one after that.
Why Metal
Plastic warps.
Metal doesn't.
3D-printed and urethane molds flex under clamping pressure. After 30–50 presses your concave profile has drifted — boards feel different, you don't know why. Our steel molds hold spec across 500+ presses.
Machined to Tolerance
Steel-machined profiles maintain exact concave depth and kick angle across every single press — not just the first one.
Consistent Output
When every board is identical, you can tune your technique — not compensate for mold drift.
Built for Volume
Whether you press 5 boards or 500, the mold performs the same. Semi-pro makers trust metal for production runs.
